Ginis Padure

Ginis is an accomplished legal practitioner whose considerable legal experience spans the range of the firm’s work, Ginis is described by clients and colleagues as a methodical, tenacious and client-focused lawyer, with a meticulous eye for detail.

Having assisted numerous companies and partnerships in both contentious and non-contentious matters, he understands the commercial realities faced by businesses, being able to discern the needs of a business client; and for the same reason, represent the lay client with added insight.

He is naturally astute, solution-oriented and extremely user-friendly. He selects the appropriate tactics to achieve strategic goals on behalf of his clients and is not hesitant to inform them when it is appropriate to concede an issue in order to minimise risk or costs.      

He has considerable experience in civil and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on personal injury and clinical negligence claims, landlord and tenant matters, and construction and engineering disputes. Ginis also has substantial experience in dealing with non-contentious matters, such as licensing, Border Force matters including the seizure of vehicles and freight, insurance, Intellectual Property. etc.

Outside of work, Ginis engages in entrepreneurial activities, pursues his hobbies of writing and travelling and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
