Ginis Pădure

Ginis graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours in Law) (LLB) from the University of Westminster, where he completed his Legal Practice Course in 2018. His dissertation focused on some of the challenges posed to the legal profession by the use of artificial intelligence in distinct industries where proactive regulation is absent.
Throughout the years, Ginis has accumulated a vast legal experience that spans the range of the firm’s work. Ginis has considerable experience in civil and commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on personal injury/ medical negligence claims, landlord and tenant matters, insolvency issues and construction and engineering disputes. As well as contentious, Ginis has substantial experience in dealing with non-contentious matters, including licensing applications, border security matters such as seizure of vehicles and goods by customs, insurance issues, trademark applications, claims to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority, representations regarding penalty charge notices et al, having succeeded for the client in almost all of these.
Ginis specialises in tort, employment, construction & engineering and intellectual property law. He also assists with contract drafting, will writing and probate matters. At Forest & Co. Solicitors, Ginis deals with his own caseload, from pre-issue correspondence through to trial or appeal, and where appropriate, he also instructs and monitors external Counsel. He has a meticulous eye for detail, is methodical, tenacious and client focused. An entrepreneur himself, he understands fully the commercial realities faced by businesses, being thus able to discern the needs of a business client, and for the same reason, represent the individual client with added insight. He is naturally astute, solution-oriented and extremely user-friendly.
Outside of his profession, Ginis is actively engaged in entrepreneurial ventures, pursues his passions for writing and travel, and enjoys quality time with family and friends.
