Forest & Co Solicitors is growing.

We are looking for a commercially minded, confident and experienced solicitor ready to take on a leadership role within our boutique Mayfair firm.

This is not just another fee-earning role.

We are looking for someone who:

· Can independently manage complex family cases

· Is comfortable handling sensitive, high-value matters

· Can supervise and guide junior fee earners

· Is a strong decision-maker

· Understands billing, profitability and commercial performance

· Is ready to help grow a department

Experience in Crime or Civil/Commercial Litigation would be a strong advantage.

Two Structures Available:

Consultant (Fee-Share) – ideal for solicitors with an existing client base who want autonomy and flexibility.

Salaried Leadership Role – competitive salary + performance-based incentives + clear progression pathway.
