At FCOS, we are committed to providing transparent and predictable pricing for our FCOS immigration services. We understand the financial challenges families face, which is why we primarily operate on a fixed fee basis. Once we assess the anticipated time your case may take, we define and fix our fee for the relevant service. This fixed fee will not be varied upwards or downwards once you instruct us.
Immigration services
All client care letters and quotes sent by us have a validity period of 14 days. Please note that these quotes are subject to change if instructions are not received within the specified 14-day period.
We offer consultations over the phone or in person or online (subject to availability of resources) to understand the specifics of your FCOS immigration case. Initial consultations are £300+VAT for 30 minutes.
Disbursements such as Home Office fees and expenses for third parties are paid directly by you to the relevant authority or company. These fees are not included in our legal fees. Examples of potential disbursements for FCOS immigration cases include but are not limited to visa application fees, NHS fees (IHS surcharge), translation of documents, postage costs, English language exams, UK Naric fees, expert reports, and photocopying documentation.
Please note that as these fees are not set by Reiss Edwards, we are unable to confirm the cost until we are formally instructed to act for you in your FCOS immigration case.
